    I started taking Professor Franklin’s Mindful Monday Meditation weekly sessions in September 2023. This course provided me the additional support and safe space I needed along with other amazing women in the group to utilize proper deep breathing techniques and Chakra cleansing meditations to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, fear, hopelessness, and helplessness. Professor Franklin created a positive atmosphere free of judgment with a focus on showing love and compassion as she embraced everyone as a whole on the different stages of their healing journey. In addition, Professor Franklin went above and beyond to share motivational and inspirational quotes via text outside of the weekly course. God will place people along your path in life to either be a lesson or a blessing along the way. I can truly say that Professor Franklin has been one of my greatest blessings that has aided me every step of the way on my healing journey to become the best version of myself. Just being in her peaceful and calming presence is worth its weight in gold no matter what class of hers you take :)!!!

    Honestly 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟’s is not enough!
    Professor Franklin’s Mindful Meditation Course is an experience I believe everyone should have! First and foremost you are welcomed into a safe space, where you are free to share openly with no judgement. The love, growth, mirror work and healing journey are phenomenal. I learned so much about myself, my connection with the Universe, our ancestors and the various Chakra’s, meditation, deep breathing and how they all align. The healing journey for me thus far has been incredible! Professor Franklin’s knowledge, her delivery, as her daily inspirational quotes and her soothing voice are key to one’s journey of self love! She remind’s us that we are worthy and we should take time to love ourselves as that’s the first step to healing, we cannot pour from an empty vessel. Much gratitude to you Professor for all that you have done and continue to do not only in the courses provided, I. Our community and our personal lives. You are Phenomenally You!

    I have been participating in these wonderful meditations for some time now and have not been disappointed with the content to use, not just when given, but every day thereafter when one wants to concentrate on clearing a particular chakra and/or whatever is the situation in life that
    is challenging and needs to be overcome and not buried to only rise again – when least expected. Professor Franklin’s guided words and music give just the right opportunity to
    stop and pay attention to the inner you.
